Nebulous is a Technical Death Metal band from Birmingham, AL "That said, the good ol' boys in Nebulous hit the spot with a blistering EP entitled Into Infinite Spectrums. My immediate reaction is that this sounds like a less over-the-top version of Origin butting heads with Odious Mortem: quickly-paced and complex, yet retains enough brutal CA-style groove to keep fans of Suffocation and Devourment interested. If you can't tell by the cover art and song titles, Nebulous have elevated themselves above the tired thematic elements of blood n' gore, and most likely write lyrics about stuff they saw on the Discovery channel: deep space, worm holes, collapsing stars, and other shit like that. I'll also mention that the vocals are strong, and utilize a gruff guttural with the occasional rasp (ala Origin), all of which are enunciated with enough clarity that you can actually almost understand the lyrics. These four tracks blow by pretty quickly (each song averages 3:30 minutes long), but all in all, this is a strong effort from this young Alabama band. My hope is that they keep evolving their sound to create a bit more distance from their influences, and come back in 2012 with some next-level technical space slam."
"To be honest I’m a fan of technical death metal but Nebulous is pretty impressive. These lil’ whippersnappers have reached a level of musicianship I’ll never be able to obtain. I have no idea how they keep up with one another – they play with a speed and precision that is baffling. I often get lost in all the chaos and shredding. Keep up the good work kids."

From the land of the boot, these dudes bring faced disappointment and drug addiction under the very name of Plugs Of Apocalypse, a band that emphasizes the presence of Italy in the map of the scene, or at least for me. For purposes of illustration, knowledge and understanding of the input we hear the tracks posted on the myspace player of the band, found "Leave Her Bloodless" as that will indicate the pattern of what these miscreants Italians bring in their bag, intro and half fixed address in the Deathcore of a couple of years ago in the style of Her Demise My Rise before autocastrarse in the failed and lazy "the Takeover", music that at times is classifiable within Deathcore and Metalcore, the second track is already in my music library pericaso metalcorero one drawer, "the Light in The Darkness" is the exact name, perhaps perfect for this song, a more lost and wet, perhaps just as conservative and traditional, but well unde compound and awe from the first hearing, just something so charming and satisfying, that even I dare say that this song could be the style that I Killed The Prom Queen could take after "Music For The Recently Deceased", of course, much better made, but the comparison seems good and finally "Legless" a song most retrograde, and that to me seems mediocore tufts, with some patches that might indicate that in Italy there are simple ideas but very well managed with certain attitudes of host to shrink. Finally, not to mention, list or know as Plugs Of Apocalypse as one of the best bands of Deathcore Italian only remember how one of the best fish I have lately, specifically "The Light In The Darkness".

"Dawn of Dementia is a five-piece death metal band from Lafayette, Indiana, who formed in Febuary, 2010. The band has currently released an EP entitled, "Residuum". A full-length is in the process of being written."
- Taken from their Facebook Page. -
"Residuum" is a five track EP. It sweeps you away early, into a calculated, melodic and brutal experience. Short, but sweet, she leaves you craving more, just as any debut EP should. Starting strong with "Viscerla Maelstrom," a perfect first taste. Meaty vocals, and strong bass lines give a good indication of the quality ride ahead.
The whole product is riddled with spacey melodies, complimented with astute vocal patterns. Drawling solos, that whiplash back into the technical maelstrom of guitar riffs. Technical, but toned down enough to not draw a 'weedle' sterotype. The chaotic bursts are tactful, and complient the greater whole.
Dawn of Dementia are aptly named; if the music doesn't transform your reality, waiting for their full length will drive you stark raving mad.
