Coprocephalic, a band from San Diego California / Taipei City Taiwan, launches their new album "Gluttonous Chunks" an album that in the particular surpasses its demo released in early 2012 which only contains two songs included in their new disk 2013.

It all started since I met "Fermented Trauma" to try to find bands so in 2011 I could not find one similar to this, and in early 2012 I met coprocephalic, and turned out to be the same project as the "Fermented Trauma" project there is a large member who thank you for your friendship "Christiani" no doubt that this man has done if good projects such as the aforementioned "Fermented Trauma", "Splattered", "Cerebral Engorgement" and "Coprocephalic" Also other member and also appreciate their friendship which "Larry" a great vocalist who has done amazing projects in Brutal Death Metal such as "Guttural Corpora Cavernosa", "Gorepot" and "Coprocephalic" both are part of a great partnership for the creation brutal music, music that I think I have not found in other members and bands.

Undoubtedly, both in Taiwan and in California creates Brutal Death Metal music that will never find in other countries, that I know because I spend looking for bands of that magnitude and no other that I hit my ears of such brutality as are the aforementioned bands.

Coprocephalic, a band that has a lot to say, comes with great intensity, if you do not believe me, here leave the full album to listen.

The guitar sound is great and the notes are very defined with a lot of attack in it. Christiani did a hell of a job! The vocals are brutal and extremely guttural but that’s what you get when letting Larry lay his sick grunts and growls on your material. But now for the best part of the whole album – the drums (As I mentioned to both members, I love the drum programming, which I identified in the bands is the drum programming, while sick faster and better and the material will be brutal.). Even though these are sampled drums from a drum programming they sound just so great. Perfectly overcompressed and the speed of the songs fits this whole concept just so good. The snare is hard but not to high in the mix and sounds even natural. The Bass drum is a badass motherfucker that just pushes everything in the song to the next level.

This album is a demonstration of modern brutal death metal in every aspect possible – riffing, vocals, production and outcome

and as we know, these members are capable of this and more, everyone knows that together create good music to be known worldwide and to support them in their career.

Christiani & Larry seem to be a dream team that came together to unleash a beast upon the scene and this beast is full of power. Christiani will move to Taiwan for 6 months to work with Larry on their second album and I think everyone can expect something as impressive as this piece.
